Wyndemere is one among the several communities located along Livingston Road, south of the Pine Ridge Road. It is founded by Canadian Gerald Livingston. It exudes first-class resort style living so you won’t need a tropical get-away because that is what you are going to get at Wyndemere. The community is a very pleasing sight to see, with its 24-hour guarded gate, lush landscaping and land filled with mature trees and foliage.
Numerous lakes dot the terrain with its perfectly manicured golf course and rich green fairways that presents its view to most of the homes at Wyndemere. Arthur Hills has done it again with the club’s 27-hole championship golf course. Many charitable events have been hosted for young golfers, men and women’s association at the course.
In 2012, the clubhouse reopened its doors after a $10 million renovation. It offers distinctive dining experiences at the Tiebreaker or Grille rooms, for casual dining, and the Vista and Wyndemere rooms for more formal gatherings and functions. You can cap off the evenings at the Tom & Gerry’s lounge.
The community has 12 Har-Tru tennis courts that has stadium seating to accommodate exhibitions, a 6200 square foot fitness center with complete and state-of-the-art fitness equipment, available trainers and spa treatments to help keep residents healthy. A swimming pool with an infinity edge also opened in 2012.
At Wyndemere, there are 634 residences in a variety of home styles – villas, condominiums, single-family homes and estate homes. While many have chosen Wyndemere for the fun it offers, many have stayed because of the friends they have made.
Wyndemere is located close to schools as Poinciana Elementary, Gulf View Middle School and Naples High School.
