Pelican Bay is a community located in North Naples that is approximately 3.29 square miles and composed of 2,104 acres of land.

It is a rather old community, which began their construction in 1980. Luxury high, mid and low-rise condominiums, single family and coach homes and villas comprise this beautiful community. Within its boundaries, there are over 65 other neighborhoods, a 27-hole private golf course, private beach, shopping centers and the Philharmonic Center for the Arts.

Aside from the sugar-sand beaches and private golf course, Pelican Bay also offers its residents tennis courts, a private clubhouse, the boardwalk, the sandbar, biking and jogging paths and private restaurants for the perfect dining experience. Pelican Bay also allows you to enjoy nature at its best with its 570 acres of natural preserves, 40 acres of which are parks and nature trails.

The foundation at Pelican Bay takes charge of all the homeowners association, its four restaurants, facilities and other amenities. Residents get to enjoy the beach during the day and dine under the stars at the private beach pavilions. Open-air trams are readily available to transport guests to and from the beach. It passes through preserve areas by way of the wining boardwalks where the view is just breathtaking.

Tennis courts are situated in 2 different locations. There are 10 courts at Common Park and 8 at Hammock Oak Park. There are a total of 4 parks at Pelican  Bay– Commons, Hammock Oak, Oakmont Park and Ridgewood Park all with unique qualities to boast.

Each building and each home at Pelican Bay has its own unique design and a variety of floor plans to cater to the preferences and needs of every homeowner. Schools nearby are Sea Gate and Naples Park Elementary, Pine Ridge Middle School and Barron Collier High School.
