NAPLES PARK

This single-family community lies in Southwest Florida, set on the east side of Vanderbilt Lagoon. It was first developed in the 1950s and has proven itself to be a “diamond in the rough”, as they would call it. It is one of the most perfectly laid out communities and possesses one of the few grid street systems. Due to the system they have in place, the community has never encountered problems of congested mobility. Entering, getting around and leaving Naples Park is always an easy task!

In the past, many have thought of Naples Park as being out of the way, too far, or not really a reasonable location, but because of the recent commercial and economic growth in the area, they have elevated into becoming a supreme residential location. Shops, food establishments, schools and transportation are accessible from this community. Residents are even just walking distance away from the Gulf of Mexico and a few minutes away from the Ritz Carlton, Delnor Wiggins State Park as well as the Philharmonic Center! How wonderful is that?

Since the time it was built, many of the homes in the community have been upgraded to keep up with the times and property values are continually rising. Naples Park was once considered a working class community but to date, it has been attracting more and more of the affluent residents to make it their home.

Schools nearby are Naples Park Elementary, Pine Ridge Middle School and the Barron Collier High School, all of which are great schools for children to go to.
