Madison Park is located in East Naples, Florida, near the intersection of Radio Road and Davis Boulevard. Not too worry because the city of Naples is only a five miles and a few minutes ride away from this lovely community. Many of its residents agree that the community is located centrally to all of Naples’ amenities while guaranteeing value for money.

It is build around 6 stunning lakes and on both sides are bordered by natural preservation areas offering privacy so that it has become one sought-after place to reside in. The Collier County Government, Schools and Collier Area Transportation serve the Madison Park community.

It is a deed-restricted community, which means that it comes with Governing Documents that regulate use and standards applicable to the community and all of its residents. Common areas of the community are owned, operated and maintained by the Homeowners Association. Carriage homes have a separate association that administers their Governing Documents – Quincy Square Homeowners Association.

The community started to build in 2006. Home size range from 1600 to 2700 square feet of living space and come in single-family or carriage homes. Most of them are 2 to 3 bedroom floor plans with an accompanying 2 to 4 baths.
