Fountains is a non-gated community in East Naples Florida. It is located along Rattlesnake Hammock Road and very close to downtown Old Naples. Living near Old Naples means that residents also have quick access to shopping and dining establishments in the area like the Prime Outlet Mall to the south and the Naples South Plaza a short distance away. Close by as well are the Von Liebig Art Center, Cambier Park, Sugden Regional Park and many of Naples relaxing and pristine white sand beaches.

Fountains is actually a 55+ low-rise, 2-story condominium retirement community. It was build beginning in the year 1979 all the way through 1994 with all of its residential units featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sizes, however, are varied and ranges from 1100 to 1320 square feet of living space. Some of these units have lanais that open up to amazing outdoor sceneries most especially during sunsets where the view is nothing short of spectacular. The community is composed of its own different neighborhoods – Fountains, Fountains II, Fountains III, Fountains IV and Fountains V. Because all buildings are built along the winding lake, each unit has its own stunning view of the lake. Residents are treated not only to the relaxing views of the lake but also the lush community landscape.

Homeowners can choose from first or second floor units, each with their own covered parking.

The retirees living at Fountains have access to amenities such as the community pool, a picnic and barbecue area and some underground utilities. Another great thing about living in Fountains is its close proximity to a lot of facilities, making it easier to access especially for the 55 and up population..
