Coquina Sands is a beachfront community at a prime location in Naples Florida. It is surrounded by the Moorings on the north, Naples beach Hotel and Golf club golf course on the south, the Gulf of Mexico on its west and the US 41 on its east. Many have considered Coquina Sands as the sister of Olde Naples.
Residents being offered at Coquina Sands are single-family homes and condominiums on mostly the traditional Florida design. With the steady increase of land values in the recent years, many of the homes previously built at Coquina Sands have undergone renovation to accommodate a much larger new construction and square footage. Each property in the community has ample space to provide residents with their sought-after privacy. Some of the homes here are on the water. Homes enjoy a view of the Gulf, the waterways, and most of all the very stunning and gorgeous Southwest Florida sunsets.
Many of the residents are beach lovers as well as fishing and boating enthusiasts with Coquina Sands being one waterfront community.
One of the best characteristics being in Coquina Sands is its close proximity to Lowdermilk Park, considered as one of Florida’s prized jewels. The park has a large covered picnic pavilion, outside picnic areas, complete with restrooms, a playground for the children and lest we forget, the beautiful Florida white sand beach. Additionally, it is only a short walk away from the community. It’s very accessible indeed!
For residents who are into water sports, there’s the Hurricane Harbor just up through Doctor’s pass leading out to the Gulf of Mexico.
Schools are no problem either with Lake Park Elementary, Gulfview Middle School and Naples High School just nearby..
