Audubon is a community that has placed great value on the preservation of the beauty of its surroundings while maintaining prestige among its residents. It encompasses a total of 770 acres of lush natural foliage with sensitive coastal areas and estuaries. In fact, a great portion of the land, 274 acres to be exact, has been deemed as a protected wildlife sanctuary that is never to be touched and developed.
When its builders came together, they planned to establish a community that can pride itself with privacy and spaciousness, and that they did. Audubon, even with its wide expanse of land, only has about 400 home sites. It consists of low-rise condominiums, detached villas and estate homes. To preserve a relax and peaceful environment for its residents and members, the country club only accommodates up to 350 full golf memberships.
Each residence in Audubon is built to blend in with the marvel of what surrounds it. Residences have open floor plans and multiple windows so occupants are able to appreciate the overlooking view of the lakes, preserve or the golf course.
Just like a lot of its neighboring communities, Audubon also has easy access to upscale shopping centers, restaurants and other local attractions that can be found in Naples. The Southwest Florida International Airport is only 30 minute away. You can get to the Naples Collier Hospital Physicians Regional Hospital in half that time.
Audubon Country Club has a championship golf course that winds around 28 glistening lakes, designed by Joe Lee. It also has 8 Har-Tru lighted tennis courts, championship croquet courts and a Courtside Café Eatery. Its 25-meter lined swimming pool is best for lap swimming, water aerobics and other pool activities.
Even with all the available amenities, Audubon is still able to offer its residents their very own sanctuary..
